UPDATE 10/4/19 We have been using this since Feb 2018. And we still love this unit. It is a staple in our kitchen. Wanted to make an additional note to add to those who burn things, this airfryer uses convection. You may notice on your packages instructions to drop the temp for convection... This isn't a suggestion. We typically drop the temp 25-50 degrees from normal oven temp. So if your fish sticks for example say cook at 425... Put them in at 375. Original Review: Seriously that's all the review needs to be... Just buy it. Those reviews complaining about burning food are not following the instructions. Put the rack in the correct location, remove the lower tray if necessary. Use the proper temp settings. So.e stuff you may need to experiment with to dial in. We literally cook chicken nuggets for the kids at 400, airfry in like 6 minutes. That leads me to the next thing. The first line is 10 minutes not the actual "10" if you put it on "10" you are actually doing 15 minutes and, well, probably why you burned your food. This is hands down one of the best kitchen products I own, we have used it almost nightly since we got it.
