I waited to write a review until I could use this bag for a weekend trip. Overall, this is an excellent value for the money. The leather has a nice thickness to it, lovely color, and appears to be full grain leather (which is what you want!) on my inspection. I conditioned the leather upon receipt, I recommend this for any leather goods honestly to help with dryness that can occur in storage and transit. The stiffness of the leather is also a good sign, it was not brittle but the type of stiffness I'd expect out of a pair of top gain work boots. Quality gets 5 stars for me. The only change I'd like to see is to extend the connection points where the handles attach to wrap around the bag, rather than the smaller points where the handles connect a strap circling the bag would provide a great deal of support. Space in the bag is great! Mine has 3 larger pockets along the sides of the interior as well as the outer pockets. more than enough room for even a light 4-5 day trip. The shoe storage area was spacious and could fit a paid of chukka boots (size 8-8.5) with room to spare. I except this bag could last me a life time with proper care (occasional cleaning and conditioning). If anything changes I'll update my review!
