Another POS from Arlo. Doesn't work in normal or override mode. Definitely will not be purchasing any more Arlo products. I take back the POS comment on the equipment, and attribute it to the specifications. If the doorbell you are replacing is 20 years or older, you will very likely have to upgrade your transformer to16 or 24 volt. I upgraded to a 24v/40va and Video doorbell is working. Since most people buying this product are not electricians, Arlo should be clearer with the requirements rather than just trying to sell you. I also raised the star rating to 4.
