I have no complaints about the grinder, it's fine for home use. That said, I purchased it in large part due to the overwhelming number of 5 star reviews...as it turns out, after you sign up for the warranty, you are offered a $10 rebate if you leave a 5 star review. I value honest reviews in product selection so I thought I should share - this grinder is probably no better or worse than the other similarly priced models.
