The Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is my first bidet, ever. I have wanted one for years, but fretted over installation. I thought, surely, if there is no warm water feature, it would be an uncomfortable experience. I was wrong! After much back and forth, I decided that the effort required to get a hot water line to run to my toilet, would have to be put on the back burner. And for the price of this bidet, I did not feel like I would be losing too much if I ended up disliking it. The cold water is truly a non issue. It is not in use long enough for it to bother me. I received my item on time and in good condition. It took me about 10 minutes to install it, with no tools or assistance. Your mileage may vary, depending on how your water lines are connected and how your toilet seat is secured. But overall, the installation is as easy as it could possibly be. Regarding use, there are two controls. The top knob controls how hard the water sprays. I have never turned it higher than "low". Low is plenty hard enough for me! The lower control knob changes the spray from a sharp, straight line of water, to a bit more of a fan spray. If you turn the lower control all the way down, it will flush the spout for self-cleaning. If the knobs were a clock, I have the top knob on 1pm, and the bottom knob between 1-2pm. Even when you fan out the spray a bit, it is a pretty 'direct shot'. You will not need to dry your whole behind area afterward. You need only pat dry with toilet paper or a towel. Since installing the bidet, we have only used 2 rolls of toilet paper. It has been about 3 weeks. We used to go through at least 2 rolls a week. I believe the bidet will pay for itself in no time! In the future, I may pursue a bidet with a hot water line, but for the time being, I am perfectly content with this one.
