UPDATE: **The seller guaranteed the product and refunded me and the second time I purchased there was no quality issue. I also have noticed that there has been Prime product availability issues so maybe they are holding back on production until they get it right. I will say that it is BEST to buy from Amazon Prime if you want this product. Going direct to manuf back when the product was not available here was miserable. I would rather drink bad coffee than go direct again.** UPDATE2: I purchased the item a few times since my first review and have had NO ISSUES with cup fill since that first order. I really enjoy the flavor of this half caff and find it superior to both Green Mountain and Folgers. The only reason I will not give 5 stars is because there is a quality control problem. So far as I can tell, 3% of my cups have been empty. The first day I found an empty one was a very early and angry wake up call to me. It is also worth noting that the "full" cups seem to vary in how full the cups are, but they at least still will brew you some good tasting coffee. I think I am getting low and will give them another shot, but it would be a good strategy to browse through the cups and look for empty ones before the return/refund window is up, so that the manufacturer can be held accountable if there is a lot of missing product. I expected to see seller responses to reviews on here offering to make problems right, but sadly they seem to be silent.
