This is for the MIUMI Salt & Pepper Mill Shakers Set of 2 - Our ancient pepper mill had finally gone to its final reward. We wanted one that would hold more than just an ounce of pepper, so we don't have to constantly refill it. This pepper mill will hold a LOT of pepper corns. I'm just guessing but somewhere about 3 ounces, maybe more. I never measured. It is easy to refill and you can change the grind from super fine, to very course. When I need an exact measurement, I just grind the pepper INTO the lid. Then, I remove the lid and pour the pepper into a measuring spoon. Works great for me. I have not tried it on salt, yet, but a grinder is a grinder and these are well designed and easy to use. I would buy them again. They are solid and have a nice brushed stainless look at the top, so they would make a nice gift, too.
