First Amazon Review of This Book
Wow, I can't believe I'm the first to review this book. I guess because of it just being released. Anyway. I admire Reagan. I don't rate him up there with Lincoln or FDR, but think he was an uplifting and interesting President. I have always been interested in Presidents, and if you also have an interest, I would highly recommend this book. It is quite personal in thought, and I have not finished reading this 700+ page book, but I really feel like I understand Reagan a lot more than before- His personal side anyway. President Ford stated that Reagan was the least informed President during his lifetime. I disagree. This book shows a man who was well informed, and who had deep thoughts, and was a pretty nice guy. I give this 5 stars, because unlike books Nixon and several other Presidents wrote while living or released after death, you really get a personal view of what this man thought and believed.
