I just received it but have used it 4 or 5 times already and it's AWESOME!!!! I will update this review further, in a few months! *** One suggestion I would offer to the company....you shoukd offer strap "extensions" for those (with limited flexibility, like my father) that want to hold the straps but use the massager on their feet. We improvised with some bungee chords....but it's just a thought...in case the company wants to sell accessories....??
