It's not old age, it's Iodine deficiency
Okay, you need this regardless of age. There are very few areas in the United States that have sufficient Iodine in the soil. Here is my story. After dual hip replacement, I ended up with Ulnar Neuropathy. This is when your pinky and ring finger go numb. Nothing worked, absolutely nothing touched this, including months of physical therapy. As an engineer, I lost the ability to touch type. Formerly, I could type faster than I could think.
So I went on a cruise that had a wine/sushi bar. I could not eat the sushi because of the rice, but was introduced to sashimi, which is raw fish without the rice. Wow, within hours, my neuropathy receded to the point where I could feel my fingers. And the effect lasted for a day and half. So I ate a lot of sashimi. The doctors (all of them) thought it was impossible. And you can only eat so much fish, so I started to try to figure it out. Fish oil was useless! Then I found out that there is lots of iodine in raw fish (cooks out in cooked fish). So I tried this product, at the 2% concentration. One drop a day in a glass of water.
Now I can touch type, which I am doing now. But the real story is the other "old age" changes that also occurred.
1). Greatly diminished Ulnar Neuropathy.
2). Loss of arthritic pain in hands (remember the hip replacements driven by arthritis)
3). Loss of extreme dry skin that was resistant to moisturization.
4). Return of my hair color to beard and hair
5). Dry mouth at night completely gone
6). Elimination of night blindness. I can drive again after dark!!! And keep the lights off for nocturnal bathroom visits.
7). One trip a night to the bathroom, using my new Ninja skills.
8). Full restoration of other "skills"
Hey, it's your life, live it.
