I drink tea daily--often while I'm on the go. I researched dozens of tea tumbler with infusers before I decided on this one. It's exactly what I wanted: it's all glass and stainless steel (the hot water isn't in contact with any plastic); the infuser is easy to remove and a good size; the double-walled glass is still cool enough to touch after being filled with boiling hot water; the neoprene sleeve had very little chemical smell when it arrived and completely disappeared after a few days of airing out; it fits in my cup holder in my car; it's easy to clean; I like that the tumbler can be set on either end. I have been using this tumbler for almost 2 weeks, and I haven't had any trouble with leakage or any problems with filling it with boiling water. The bottom cap sometimes doesn't thread on quite right if I'm rushing and some water will leak out--I've learned that I just need to pay attention when I'm threading the cap on--no big deal. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase!
