Scales don't lie or the pills success rate. They say a picture is worth a thousand words & one is attached! They really work!
Due to a broken ankle & surgery, I went from 110 to 159.8 pounds. I was determined not to reach 160 pounds and so based on the hype & reviews I started a Garcinia Cambogia regiment. I admit, after the first two weeks there was no real progress, so on the 3rd week I doubled the dose to two capsules within 30-45 minutes of meals. So far, I am on day 22 and with no change to diet and walking program I am down 6.6 pounds. I no longer have between meal cravings, am eating less, consuming more water (approximately 2 liter bottles per day) and urinating like a racehorse! Yes, I can honestly say the pills really do work! I have also noticed that once I started to see results, I have become more vigilant of eating healthier, smaller, and less calorie portions due to feeling full. As far as my energy level? It’s a little early for me to be “bursting” with the stuff or signing up for extreme competitions, but I expect to see an increase as I continue losing weight and summer sets in when I’m more active.
As far as the pills go, I learned that I do prefer capsules to tablets. For me, they’re easier to swallow and have no chalky taste… actually no taste at all. The only problem was remembering to take the pills, which was solved by setting up alarms on my phone. All in all, if your progress seems slow or lacking, have patience and don’t give up. It took 3 weeks before I started to see results. I’d also like to recommend that you get a good scale so you can track your progress weekly. Check it out!
Week 1 - .3 lbs
Week 2 - .8 lbs
Week 3 - 6.6 lbs
PS… Those socks by the way come from Amazon also. They are the most comfortable things I’ve had my feet in since surgery!
