I wavered about getting an air fryer after reading some articles that said food was mushy or unevenly cooked. I read a lot of reviews before choosing this model, based on size, power, and capacity. The price was great, too, though I would have paid more if I believed I would have gotten more for my money. The point is, I didn’t need to. The machine is simple to use. Clean up is easy. So far we have had great results. For example, today my son, who is vegan, made Buffalo style Cauliflower and it came out pretty much perfect. Not soggy, not unevenly cooked at all. He did have to play around with the original recipe a bit to decrease the amount of liquid. It was crispy and perfect. The biggest drawback is that this thing is huge. And like any new appliance, finding a place to store it is a challenge. It came with an instruction booklet and a recipe booklet. No accessories, although I can’t imagine paying a lot more just for accessories. I already have a kitchen full. I recommend this product without reservations.
