I read reviews some good some bad and said what the heck and ordered it anyways. Now I’ve tried all kinds of energy/mind boosting supplements weather otc or herbal. This is wht I have to say about my experience with Addrena 1- my experience with focus and energy has been amazing not crack star energy where you peep out your window and can’t sleep at night not jittery explosive diarrhea type of energy either. 2- my mood and focus combined have been amazing not all people are the same I get it I am a naturally high energy type of person and have been at times been called an over achiever been told to sit still learn to relax. I have severe anxiety and when pushed have anger as well. With these I don’t have any symptoms of anxiety I am focused easily change from one thing to the next a bumb in the road didn’t make me lose my sh$& so focus concentration and mood amazing results. 3- hunger I suppose I am at times a emotional eater when very stressed, have to many demands expected of me and at times don’t choose healthy because screw it time is at the essence. With these my screw it cravings were totally gone I ate meals but didn’t finish one of them and was full and full of energy. Not once did I over eat and go into a afternoon comma on my weekend. 4- I have children at times they try my patience and sanity this wasn’t the case nothing got to me I had rational calm responses at every “she’s looking at me, she’s chanting and blaming me” which after the 3rd or 4th time on a normal day with 3 children plus 3 extra I would probably have them all doing chores, in time out or taking a quiet time. This wasn’t the case. I 100% recommend these to anyone looking for steady energy without the intense explosive anger or other side effects or someone who is looking for a somewhat calming effect to gather ones thoughts to think rationally and calmly to get a lot done
