Just got this steam cleaner today and I'm blown away! My main objective was to reduce my use of cleaning chemicals, but was overwhelmed by how well the grout tool cleaned the light colored grout that would only come clean with bleach and serious scrubbing with a grout brush. Using virtually no effort, this steamer blew out the dirt completely. The photos and video don't do justice to the results. Very pleased, especially for the price.
