I really wanted to like this, especially for the price! I was able to charge up the pack with no problems, but after waking up a few nights now with the same battery level as before I went to sleep on my phone, this battery pack has proved to be useless. The pack lights up and stays on for only a minute at a time and hasn’t been able to charge a single device for me. I’m returning it today, such an inconvenience, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money/time. UPDATE: First, I just want to say that the customer service is top notch! The company reached out to me and offered to send me another battery for free as they suspected I had a defective one. After having issues receiving the 1st one (mail theft suspected), they sent me another one! Well I wanted to wait a few weeks to update my review. The battery definitely works and I haven’t had ANY issues at all so I do think I just had a bad one. I’ve been able to fully charge my phone 3xs on one use! The customer service and product worked so well that I just ordered another one for my mom so she can have it for her flight home. Thanks INIU for caring about your customers!
