The codes had to be generated and set aside, like ordering a burger and having to wait for them to make it from scratch, so mine took 5 hours or so. For those five hours I didn't get a confirmation or status update anywhere, so my advice to you is to be patient and you will eventually receive your codes/keys in your email and your Amazon digital library.
