I just received my tv about two days ago. Gonna be super honest here because that’s what I would want if I was you right now. Packing/Wrapping: 10 + (Impressive) Assembly: 9+ (Was barely annoying, and they actually include a screwdriver for you !) Picture: 9 (Good & clear enough for the price you’re paying) Sound: 6 (This is the biggest disappointment about the tv. The loudness isn’t the issue because it does get way louder than my previous Magnavox TV did, but the sound super, and I mean “super” thin. Very similar to what the radio in your car sounds like when you turn your Bass all the way down, but it’s even thinner than that. I’m most likely gonna get some extreme all speakers or a sound bar because it’s a bit annoying. Again, the sound is super thin, but more than loud enough. Misc: Not sure if my TimeWarnerSpectrum remote can be programmed to it. Overall: Happy
