I just purchased this product so I can’t give much of an opinion on comfort. But just by sitting in it after putting it together it seems comfortable and well made. I purchased this bc of the ability to move the arms. That was a huge selling point for me. Great for the price. I will say this, instructions say to screw the arms on tight before adding the back. Don’t do that, it makes things so difficult. Keep the arms loose and then tighten after the back is attached. I had to unscrew the arms so I could get the back on. Just a tip! Other than that, happy with my purchase
