It’s legit a good thermometer. I had to calibrate it once I got it (instructions come with it, in the storage bag.). Once it was calibrated, it worked perfectly for body temperature. Room temperature is high by about 4 degrees, but surface temperatures are spot on. I followed the instructions and let it sit in the room for 20 minutes before checking. I have both a thermostat and an indoor/outdoor thermometer, so the room temperature function is not all that important to me. It comes with an instruction manual and quick start guide. I followed the directions step by step to calibrate and take accurate temperatures, and the thermometer worked perfectly. Directions are in English (in case you were wondering) and very easy to understand. You can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit with one button. The entire thermometer is very user friendly. Shipping was on time. This is a neat thermometer, easy to use. It has me interested in their other products. Only 4 stars because of the room temp. Excellent for the price. Update: Room temperature is accurate now. Not sure what happened...I think it was just a fluke. Changed to 5 stars. Update 2: Two years later and it’s still perfect. I haven’t even had to change the batteries. Had to use it recently after my covid vaccines and it’s been spot on. *highly* recommend.
