WE bought this in a pinch due to a huge 30,000-acre forest fire in the Pacific Northwest this summer that was just 12 miles from us or so. There was massive amounts of ash all over our cars in our houses and everywhere. I did one day shipping for prime to get it here as soon as possible since everywhere was sold out. The good - When I turned it on, it said our air quality was terrible, which was known of course since I could see ash in our house and by our windows. after running for a while, it changed over time to good air quality and it felt so fresh, like the good smell of nothing. It obviously filtered the ash out and helped significantly with that campfire smell, I was impressed The other thing that is amazing is the scheduling of the device, it gets cold here in the morning but we don't want to pay to heat the house all night. I schedule the heater from the handy app to turn on the heater an hour before we get up for the day and save a lot on not heating the house all night. The only negative I have is the cost, its very expensive but that being said, its worth every penny.
