I'm not kidding, the most important thing to know about this is that it's a toaster. It doesn't connect to your smart phone, talk on the Internet, argue with the coffee maker, or anything like that. It only connects to an outlet, for power. In an era when most manufacturers seem focused on adding features and complexity, this is a simple, durable, metal toaster with a mechanical knob. It does a great job of it's one job, toasting stuff. It works on bread, English muffins, bagels, waffles, or anything you can fit in the wide (1.5") slot. That's all it does, toast stuff.
