Solution to 90's brow victims
So I was a victim of the Great Plucking that happened in the 90's/early 00's. I've been filling in my brows daily with makeup and I've finally found something that works that doesn't involve needles. I've only used it once and I've only had it on for 24 hours but it looks way better than filling them in with a pencil or powder and it survived the pool, shower, and my weekly exfoliation.
