I've been using Waterpics for years. I like them, but they never seem to last very long. So when my last one died, I was looking to buy another. Came across this one and decided to give it a try. I don't know how it'll stand the test of time, but out of the box, I love it. Three different pressure settings. The "Normal" setting is what I normally use (no pun intended). It is more powerful than my hand-held Waterpics, which I really like. Feels like it's doing a better job than the Waterpic. Two very minor quibbles: I wish the charging cord was a bit longer. I had a particular spot I always sat the Waterpic in while not in use. But the cord for this one isn't long enough to utilize that same spot. Secondly, it's kind of a pain putting the little cover back in (where the charger cord plugs into the unit) before flossing. I'm getting used to it though. All in all, I'm very pleased with the function and appearance. EDiT: I liked mine so much that my wife asked me to order one for her. So I've bought two of these within two months.
