I purchased a 20lb box for the purpose of re-filling (3) adult size Big Joe Chairs! I was a little apprehensive after reading the comments that (1) box would be enough, but I'm glad I didn't buy more. One box helped restore ALL three of our bean bag chairs~ I left the flattened styrofoam beads in the chairs which were a little less than half full (you could sit on them, but the backs were useless). The only CON I can think of is the way its packed (vacuum packed in small box) because once you cut it open it starts to expand. I found myself quickly trying to grab chunks of the foam and stuffing into the chairs and still made a HUGE mess! After all said and done~new life for 3 chairs and 2 extra boxes to use on other projects. The picture with 1 box to right of chair is the original box that contained the vacuumed foam. I had to tape the flaps up to hold the excess.
