I have to say that this product is amazing IF you do not buy it at Amazon. I bought my first bottle at garden of life website and I felt a lot of good effects from taking the product. Then I bought a bottle from Amazon and I did not feel the same effects. Then I bought a second bottle from Amazon and I did not feel the same effects and some of the pills were broken. I just purchased a bottle from garden of life website and it arrived 3 days ago and I am feeling the same effects as with the first bottle. I bought all 4 times the shelf stable version. I imagine that Amazon werehouse is not very good for this particular product which had live culture and therefore is better to get it straight from the manufacturer
