Broken drain plug? Use a rubber stopper!
I like the foot spa and would echo many of the comments others have made.
However I am posting to let folks know how to deal with the drain plug after it breaks. Mine broke on first usage but others have said it is only a matter of time. The customer service for getting a replacement drain plug is hit or miss..
Don't despair though as I have a solution for you.. Go to Home depot and get a tapered rubber stopper. You can search for them on their website but the one I found which works best is the 15/16in x 11/16in stopper made by Everbilt. It cost me a $1.20. The stopper is very easy to insert into the drain plug hole. I put a little vaseline on mine to ensure a snug fit. You can even leave it in the drain hole and just dump the water out of the spa itself. I have used the spa several times with this stopper and no leakage.. A fast, easy, and cheap solution indeed !
Good Luck with your spa !
