I replaced the original, horrible, supposed “safety” spouts on my gas cans with these. These new ones empty the gas 2-3 times as fast as the originals. In addition, the old ones were very difficult to use due to both the locking lever and then the press-hard-down-on feature on the rigid spout that always ended up spilling lots of gas when starting and stopping. The new ones are more flexible and easy to start and stop without spilling a drop. I also love the fact they come with two different sizes of screw-on caps, because I ended up needing both sizes for my different gas cans. I give these spouts an A+. I bought more, I liked them so much.
