Shipping was prompt and this was the best price I could find anywhere for modern looking patio furniture. (We got the 12 piece for the corners we needed and ended up not even using 2.) Loved the flexibility with how you arrange things and that the pieces are not too deep so you can wrap a lot of seating around a space without making it feel too small. Our patio had seats for 4-5 with our bulky old furniture and now seats at least 8. Assembly took roughly an hour per box. (Why oh why do these things always use Allen wrenches so you can't use a drill??) The directions have little detail, poor labeling, and some of the pieces appear flipped--you'll just have to figure it out. Some pieces, the tables especially, seem like they don't line up at all - be patient and tighten everything a little bit at a time and I promise even the middle screws will fit eventually. The finished pieces are surprisingly lightweight but feel very sturdy when you sit. You can clip pieces together once you've decided how you want them but they don't slide on our stone tile floor so that is optional. The cushions seem stain resistant and the covers come off to wash, which is great, but they are slippery and don't tie on. We're going to Velcro them to the furniture so they don't keep falling. It's all a little lower than I realized so if you have dogs don't expect to leave plates of food on the coffee tables! But I actually like the low profile of the sofa backs so windows and views into the yard aren't blocked. And the arm rests are flat so you can set a drink on them. All in all, there are a few things I would change, but I am super satisfied at what we got for the price.
