I had many doubts on ordering these up/down but after checking the big box stores and really wanting this type I decided to give it a try. Goodness I am so glad I did!!! I was emailed instructions on how to measure each window since I was going for an inside mount and then they emailed once more to asked me more questions to make sure my order would be cut to fit. They came to me in record time which was fantastic and the installation was a breeze. I had them all up (total of 10 windows) and working in less than 3 hours. The look awesome and I am a very happy lady! Here are a few photos of the shades in different positions.
