I have been using this product for a little over a year now. I like it. It works for me. I have become quite efficient with it so it takes me no time to get ready in the morning. Believe me... I am no make up artist... I am a mom of two that gets up at 5:15AM and commutes to NYC. The only thing that I do not like is the customer service. Since I use it every day, I am part of the club, but you can not manage your account on line (you HAVE to call customer service). I had to call them twice and both times it has been like pulling teeth. They all have very thick accents and they are not very customer oriented. I have read that YSL has very good airbrush make up, so I am thinking about going that rout so I do not need to deal with them. So, other than their very own version of the "helpless desk" the product works for me, to the point that if it breaks I would replace it. I hope this helps.
