Shipping was very fast. 2 days after it said it was shipped I received it. I got it the same day as my new Natures Sleep IQ Queen mattress. Simple instructions. All parts were there plus a couple extra plastic pieces. I feel like the wooden slats held on with the plastic pieces was a little cheap but this is a lower priced platform bed. The material is faux leather, but its still beautiful and simple looking for those on a budget and don't care about real leather. I wanted something quality looking and feeling but without the price for my new bed. It took about 2 1/2 hours to unpack and put together. Team lift if you are bringing it upstairs. The initial packaging is heavy. Fed Ex helped me bring it inside my front door, I pushed it to the room. I did put it together myself. Can be done. No tools needed, only the hexagonal tool that is included. It had a strange new bed smell but so did my mattress. I expected the mattress smell so maybe they will both dissipate in a few days together at the same time. With the help of Febrez :-) Thank you Zinus beautiful product! Any updates I will add later. *edit* Aug 28th : Added pictures for everyone. Sept 1st : I noticed that when I am ready to move, all I have to do is loosen the bolts and remove the headboard. The rest can stay together. Makes for moving easy. I dont need to take the entire thing apart.
