These work great! Was told to use pedialyte during chemo in 2013. Found these instead. Pedialyte tends to come in a liquid bottle and I hate the taste. I have kept these in my house ever since then. (Off chemo same year). Great for hiking, hot weather, if you have diarrhea, flu etc. (My daughter said they were wonderful for a hangover when she was in college lol). I usually use 2 packs in 16 oz of water and drink pretty quickly. If you have a headache from dehydration these also get rid of that. Originally this product was created by the World Health Organization. Haven’t read to see if that is still true.
