I normally don’t write reviews but with this product I feel like it is worth writing for . This is my second week doing the tea and the shakes and it does what it says. I may not see much on the scale but when I tell you I am swimming my clothes I need a new wardrobe. This product is helping me. The first two days I did have headaches but I believe it was because my body was adjusting to the change of my diet.dont give you you can do it I hope that my review will help others and hope that this product does the same for you
