I love this bra so much. I wear a 42DDD or a 44DD in Lane Bryant bras. I ordered the 1x/2x and it fit, but there was still A LOT of room to stretch. I wore it all day under a sun dress for the 4th of July and my boobs stayed in place even with bending over and lighting fireworks a few times. The bra doesn't provide much lift and I did feel the need to separate my boobs a couple of times throughout the night, but overall it was incredibly comfortable. My goal was to feel like I was going braless while still keeping my not so perky anymore boobs in check. I decided to order the large/xlarge to see if it made me feel a little more secure. My measurement under my boobs is 42 inches. The large/xl is slightly tight on bottom and probably wouldn't fit someone comfortably any larger than the 42 inches around. I did definitely feel more secure in the smaller size and it seems to be able to lift my boobs just slightly better than the larger size did, however I could also feel the tightness of it holding my boobs in place. Since my goal was more about comfort and feeling like I'm going without a bra (but not looking like a crazy braless lady with her boobs swinging around haha) I chose to keep the 1x/2x size. The blue is the large/xlarge and the red is the 1x/2x. Hopefully this review helps you choose a size!
