My cat loves this fountain! It's is extremely simple to setup and easy to clean. The pump is fully removable, allowing you to put the top and bottom pieces conveniently in the dishwasher. The pump itself can also be disassembled and hand-washed. A small cleaning brush is provided for that. Another very nice feature is that the flow of the water fountain is adjustable, which lets me set it to the perfect level for my kitty. One thing to note is that because the reservoir bottom is made of steel, condensation may form on the outside if the water inside is cold and you have it in a humid room. In that case, you may want to put it on a mat or towel. That is also advised if you have messy kitties who like to drip water everywhere! Overall, I definitely recommend this as a simple, easy to use fountain!
