I never do reviews because most of the time the product does what it says or it just sucks. I went out on a whim and bought this when I was on sale for $80 because my carpets had just gone through hell and back after getting a new puppy. I had the carpets cleaned by a professional twice in a month because I could not stand to see the stains. When the package arrived I was beyond excited to be able to clean my carpets exactly when accidents happened and not waiting a week for the carpet guy to come. After vacuuming normally, I was ready to test this thing out. Was I hopeful, yes, but I didn’t expect for it to be this good! My carpets look great, it’s light weight and easy to use. The best part is I can spot clean and not clean the entire carpets again! Just some personal tips that I used was first trying to clean as much physical dirt from the carpets, I used oxyclean carpet cleaner from rug doctor, and sprayed very dirty spots with a mixture of half bleach and water. This thing as saved me well over $300 and I’ve onky had it for two weeks. I can’t rave enough about it! At this point i want to buy another one just in case this one decides to go out because I’m sure I put it to work every other day on all the puppy accidents, but I’m just happy my carpets look great again.
