Obviously I didn’t buy these for sex appeal, so it comes as no shock that they aren’t remotely sexy. Their job is comfort and they provide it well. I ordered a size 13; I usually go for a 13 or even 14 in bikini type underwear - a size up to keep the bands from irritating the soft skin of the groin area. The 13 fit perfectly, no bunching and not too loose. The wait goes all the way up to empire length - perhaps due to my individual body shape being heavy on the backside and somewhat hourglass; I do have a large belly but proportionally I’m not a great deal fuller in the belly than the rest of me. Perhaps that affects the fit. I actually like that it goes up that high, as the waistband doesn’t sit in my roll area and irritate the fold of skin there. These underwear feel like wearing none. I can’t feel them at all under my clothes and no irritating digging/binding in the groin area when I sit/move certain ways. The cotton crotch absorbs sweat, etc, well. The legs don’t bunch under pants (I was concerned about that) and though they do ride up a little in between my thighs (expected for this material in this length), it’s not uncomfortable for me. I do wish they were a bit longer so they’d help minimize chafing where my legs run together. Also, I live in a hot climate, and the fabric isn’t highly breathable. I don’t feel hot, but they do trap sweat a bit.
