I just got back from a trip to Hawaii. This product made traveling so much easier. In particular - the fact that you can attach the neck clasp makes the product into a forward leaning pillow. I can lean back in the airplane seat, wrap the neck rest around with the space/opening in back, click the clasp closed, then allow my head to rest FORWARD. The only other solution like that are those huge lap pillows (for example: Skyrest Travel Pillow ) - no thanks. This made sleep on an airplane possible for the first time for me. I do recommend becoming familiar/comfortable with unhooking the clasp before securing it - or you could have difficulty figuring it out. It is very simple once you see it - there is a button on the side of the clasp that will release it. The pillow is velvety soft and very malleable. Couldn't be happier!
