We recently bought a house that desperately needed new shower fixtures. I wanted a rain head but also wanted the convenience of a handheld . After searching and not being happy with what was available, I decided to build my own setup. I purchased the following 5 items and reused the original shower arm, just turned upward. Pasco 7103-C 1/2-Inch Brass Coupling, Chrome Kingston Brass K117C1 17-Inch Shower Arm, Polished Chrome Delta U4920PK 3-Way Shower Arm Diverter with Hand Shower Mount, Chrome Delta Faucet 75700 Universal Showering Components 7-Setting Handshower, Chrome AKDY (TM) Bathroom Chrome Shower Head 8" AZ6021 Rain Style The Pasco Brass Coupler was very well engineered and connected the shower arm to diverter beautifully. The diverter appears to be metal and strong enough to hold the weight of the arm and 8" Rain Style shower head. I will say that the selector arm does feel a little flimsy compared the heft of the rest of the diverter. The shower arm was the perfect length and the hump and angle worked out perfectly, even when angled up 45degrees like I installed it. The 8" Rain Style shower head is the star of this show. It is very nice looking and flows water exactly how I wanted it too. To complete the package, the 7-setting hand shower is great for rinsing those hard to reach places, cleaning the shower or washing the dog. The best part is that I did all this for less than many of the other inferior "out of the box" options. All in all I am very happy this design and all the products.
