I have used this product for the last 3 months and I have noticed a marked improvement in my digestion. I would give this product 5 stars if not for the taste. Do keep in mind there aren't any sweeteners added so I honestly can't expect much but if I were to describe the taste when added to water it would be like pond water, it is not pleasant and I have to chase it with my coffee in the mornings. **Update** I stopped using this product for a few months to see if I could really see a difference and let me tell you, the difference I noticed was huge! Within just 2 weeks after stopping use I noticed I started having digestion issues and my GERD resurfaced with a vengeance. Now I am not a health professional and I will not tell you that this product will cure GERD, I am saying that most people who have GERD need to seek a balance in their diet to ease symptoms and this works for me, it may work for you.
