UPDATE:. After messaging Weather Tech, I received a postage paid return label for the damaged product. Would give zero stars if we could. We received our damaged pet ramp in a damaged box. We requested a refund, which was allowed. Only one catch - WE are required to pay return postage! Seriously? Return postage on an oversized, 30+ pound item will likely cost nearly as much as the pet ramp! Way to stick it to the consumer! I have emailed WeatherTech requesting they reconsider and pay for return postage. I will update this review depending on the outcome.
