After reading size reviews I ordered a 3x. My regular size is 1x (14/16). I carry most of my weight in my tummy area. So that is another reason I went up 2 sizes. So, this vest does run small. I like that there is a hook at the top to help zip the vest up. the arms are snug but not uncomfortable and it helps I don't have large arms. It does help you sweat but not over heated. I look forward to ordering the next size down as I lose weight.
