I originally ordered the CD slot mount, but it didn't fit properly in my car. Exchange was easy and hassle-free. The vent-mount works well, but one of the gripping pads fell off and was lost after only a few uses. Coincidentally, I received an email from the maker asking for a review. I mentioned my problem, and they promptly responded with a request for a picture of the failed part so they could remedy the situation. I sent two photos and waited. And waited. After two weeks I sent a follow up inquiry. After several months I'm still waiting. The product seems well made otherwise, and usable despite the missing pad, but customer service was a disappointment. UPDATE: After this review the seller contacted me, replaced the item and all is well. I raised the review to 5 stars.
