I absolutely ADORE this machine! I bought it because the the "laundry room" in this apartment complex is so gross that I'd never use it, leaving the only option of having to use Uber or Lyft to get to the laundromat, which was a real wear on the wallet! This washer has saved my other half and I all of those headaches. It holds a LOT more than I thought it would - we've washed 2 full-size sheets plus pillowcases in it along with a jogging suit, ALL AT THE SAME TIME! I do wish the dryer side held more, but it's not that big of a deal, and the spin dryer is fantastic! We spin 3x for a total of 15 mins, and the clothes come out darn near dry, so they only have to hang for an hour or two; four for exceptionally heavy or porous materials. The washer itself is super powerful, probably moreso than a regular washer, and I have no doubts that our clothes are getting well cleaned. We HAVE had a couple of things tear due to the strength of the washer, so we're working out how to lessen this likelihood, but I refuse to subtract any stars for that. I LOVE my mini washer!
