There's nothing to dislike about this cookbook. Recipesa are easy and you should have the ingredients right in your cubbard. My sister was only doing wings and fies; I've cooked a whole chicken, a roast,ribs and a vension neck roast with recipes from the book. Everything browns beautiful, crispy and juicy.
