I like that it is deep, so you can fill it to a level where your entire foot is submerged without water splashing over the edge. It keeps the water hot. Too hot as one customer posted - yet you can just turn the heat off when it gets to the right temperature for you. The massage feature works well. I have never had my feet feel this good after using other, cheaper foot spas. My main complaint, and the reason I only gave it 4 stars, is that the drain feature is very, very, very slow. Maybe I am missing something, but it appears that the inside screen over the drain hole limits outflow.
