Notified the company they responded back immediately and sent another bag, stayed in contact throughout the entire process excellent customer service! The assembly was quick and easy. The base rests on a wood floor the suction cups maintain their position. Filled the base with 3 50lb bags of sand and as you can see the bag can take some punches! This bag is perfect to work on technique and get some reps in.
