The TV has really great picture, really simple remote, and all of my TV apps in one place. this TV was easy to set up and to download the new update. The only issue that I’ve seen so far is that occasionally after a commercial has played and I have been watching a program for I want to say about over an hour, the TV will go black but you can still hear the program. I mostly saw this during “Why Women Murder” on prime. I don’t know if it was that particular program that had the issue or if it was because of the switchover between the program and the commercial, or if after the TVs been on for a long time it’s trying to decide if it needs to go into some sort of sleeper mode. I also went through the whole Harry Potter movie series on HBO max and I don’t think I saw that same issue. Also, I would occasionally see the picture would be struggling on what I assume is the refresh rate. The quality of the picture with decreased dramatically and look fuzzy. If either of these two issues happen, all you have to do is hit the back button and then go back to resume your program. Overall, I think this TV is pretty awesome. The best part I like about this TV is Amazon’s payment option.
