we purchased this and was as always happy with amazons speedy shipping - the put together wasn't hard for my husband at all. machine worked great for 15 days! on the 15th day the left foot pedal just snapped during use! i sent the company an email requesting a part replacement and heard nothing back so i then call them and keep getting voicemail and hearing nothing back!!!!! UPDATE! i did reach the company and they were non-hesitant to send me my replacement part, it took longer to get the part as two day shipping wasn't an option as its not a prime shipping item as I'm used to so it felt like we waited forever but it was standard shipping and its been great since then!!
